obHelpDesk is the powerful Help Desk component for Joomla. By using this Customer Support extension, your customer will be able to request support via Tickets, and your staffs will be easier to keep in touch with your valued customers.
After months, it's now on the way to be released next month. We're now working hard on the final stuffs.
