Answer
1- Go to http://developers.facebook.com
2- Click Apps > Create New App button.
3- Enter App Name & Namespace and Submit the form.
4- Make sure App Domain is your domain name where you install obSocialSubmit. For example: foobla.com.
5- Make sure Web > Site URL is your full path to your Joomla site. For example: http://test.foobla.com/obsocialsubmit-mi/
6- Save & DONE.
