Answer

Currently, obSocialSubmit supports: Twitter, Facebook, Ping.fm, Google Buzz, LinkedIn, Email (send email to some specific email addresses)

Twitter is built-in, Extra addons are required to have other Social Networks supported by obSocialSubmit.

This Social Submit Joomla extension is extendable, and we are putting more Social Networks addon into its.

It seems Google+ is not going to offer write-able API because of spam issue. Currently the Google+ API is read-only, it means we can only grab information from Google+, but write to it. Let's wait and see.
