    Very powerful, yet easy to use. Support team is awesome, very professional and responsive. I ran into some minor issues but they were quick to help resolve them effectively. Highly recommend.
    I am surprised by the previous review as I have been very impressed by the support I have received so far. Quick and helpful advice from Kien Nguyen in the foobla support team. He made a modification at my request and helped with other queries. obHelpdesk is a very capable helpdesk extension with lots of features, including the all important cron email and equally useful email notifications. It is easy to use and configure. It is not perfect (what system is?) but deserves it's 5 stars because of the excellent support and ongoing development.
    I've been using obHelpDesk for the last 3 weeks and was able to create our start-up's Support Portal in only a couple of hours. The system runs smoothly and with the great support from Tran it was very easy to customize to meet all our requirements. In conclusion, I fully recommend this system and especially the help and support from Tran.
    I was slightly skeptical of such rave reviews for such a new app. however, after researching a few of the top contenders in the space i decided to give obHelpDesk a try. I was initially drawn to its relatively intuitive interace, clean design and feature set. Post purchase I found it easy to install and the configuration and set up pretty straight forward. (although the user guide was a little hard to find, and had to be pointed out to me - be sure to download it when you initially download the component as it is on the same page, a couple pages deep in the My Account section) When i did run into a snag – my sub menu module wasn't showing up on all the obHelpDesk navigation pages – i received immediate and continuous support from Kien Nguyen, on their dev team (via the obHelpDesk Ticketing System), until the issue, a Joomla 1.5 glitch with the Itemid) was resolved. Thanks Kien! I have yet to put the system into full use, but feel confident any issues i may encounter along the way will be addressed. And if their dev team continues to work on this products feature set, integrations and bug tracking they will have a solid app in their portfolio. cheers Foobla.
    This is my first review on here, but I wanted to thank Thong and the guys for a fantastic product and top support. The helpdesk is easy to install and has a great feature set which is constantly increasing. I have asked lots of questions (before and after buy it) and they have been extremely patient and speedy with their responses and helped me with intergrating it with my template. The install documentation is very complete and easy to follow, even for a novice like me. I will be looking at getting some of their other modules in the future. Cheers guys
    Setting it all up the first time is very easy, customising the layouts are pretty simple and good to understand. After I contacted the company foobla the first time, it took exactly 5 minutes, til I get the right answer from them. That was great! I`m still in contact with them because of some extra features i want, and the response from foobla is always right on and incredibly helpful. The service is first class.
    Firstly, the product its self is very user friendly and has an excellent interface and very intuitive to use, for the price you pay, it offers excellent value .... for any company looking to integrate a customer service support into their site, this is an excellent product ... I have tired two others and neither offered the ease of use or functionality as OB Helpdesk does.Secondly, the after sales support is probably one of the best I have received, yes I appreciate you pay for the product but none the less, I have been really impressed with the help I have receivedOne of the amazing features of the product is the customer relationship you can build via the submit tickets and follow up on tickets, I was really impressed by it but oddly its not something I want integrated into my site, so I requested a certain functionality from the developers be tweaked, which they did within a few hours and also told me they will integrate it in future versions, alleviating any concerns with regards to myself updating the product.All in all, I cant recommend the product any highly, it is worth every pennyJohn

    Good and convenient component. Does exactly what it takes for my website.Besides the basic functions has the ability to retrieve mail from my old a support email.Also has a good technical support. I had specific questions which were decided over the weekend for me.

    The way this ticketing system was engineered, is done so great that I've made the decision to choose it over the others available here. Not only was the price better, the support and response was incredible, they checked my site and even made suggestions without me saying how with instructions to improve the visuals for my site! I didn't need to read the manual, and it was intuitively simple to set up. The flexibility of this product was incredible and had 95% of everything I wanted as it is! 5/5 the way it is right now. 5/6 when they integrate it with other subscription components!

    It's easy to see how much time and effort was put into this application. I had to find a simple Help extension for one of my sites and I had used a program from this company before, so I gave this one a try. Honestly this makes them two for two as their extensions have amazed me twice now with the level of detail, the overall ease of installation, the logical layout for setup of the program and their quickness to respond to any questions. What also impressed me the most is that even though there is a little bit of setup to this extension to make it work right - the layout of the admin makes it easy to follow, they give hints of what to do if you tend to skip the instructions (I got it setup and running without having to read them). I bought this extension to handle technical help for one site - I'm now using it for a non-technical service based website now also. Once you try it you will see how flexible it is and fits a lot of industries and communication needs.

    I don't like to seriously endorse anyone or anything, but this help desk extension is really awesome with the dashboard, the extremely user-friendly interface is exactly what i need, very happy I found this. I had a problem with setting up the dashboard due to my own mistake, but foobla staff supported me instantly with their own Help Desk, that's awesome. Keep up the good work!
    Great extension, easy to install, smooth operation, manage ticket effectively. I have submitted some quetions to Foobla, and receive support right after few hours. Sure these guyz can handle any further requirements. Thanks
    After trying many Help desk systems, I decided to use obhelpdesk for my own website. I paid for obhelpdesk not only because it is cheaper as compared to several other, but also because I like its user-friendly interface. What I especially love about obhelpdesk is its build-in Google translate (it's very cool), which helps me translate English or other languages to my active language (Japanese). Another utility that I appreciate is its ability to mark stars for important tickets, and they always appear on the dashboard to allow for quick access. I like the dashboard, which make administrating tickets simpler and effective. However, the fact that graphs always display makes page loading a bit slow. In my opinion, this is the best help-desk component and there's no reason why does not deserve 5 stars.
