Impressive Support and solid product

This really is a great product (just like Uservoice/Get Satisfaction) and the developers (3 of them) offer terrific support. I've made requests each day to have the product improved, and every day they've responded with an updated bundle. Can't say enough. Well worth the money.

Important communication aspects

If you want to be independent from third party, such as UserVoice, this component is right. Quickly installed and functioning properly. It does what it promises. And suggestions are actually an important means of communication with website users.
